Delivery Information

**PLEASE NOTE – DUE TO UNDPRECIDENTED NATIONAL DEMAND FOR PARCELS AND PACKAGES ALL PALLET NETWORKS AND COURIER SERVICES ARE OPERATING AT OR NEAR CAPACITY. THE DELIVERY INFORMATION BELOW HAS ALWAYS BEEN ACCURATE HOWEVER WE ARE EXPERIENCING SOME ISSUES WITH LATE DELIVIERIES DUE TO THE VOLUME BEING MOVED IN THE DELIVERY NETWORKS. WE ASSURE YOU THAT WE WILL DO OUR UPMOST TO ENSURE THAT YOUR ORDER REACHES YOU AS PER THE INFORMATION BELOW, BUT PLEASE UNDERSTAND THAT THERE MAY BE OCASSIONS WHERE THIS DOES NOT HAPPEN AS PER THE TIMESCALES BELOW AND THIS IS OUT OF OUR CONTROL** 

All palletised or bottled AdBlue products (including IBC’s) and equipment are held in stock and can be delivered next day or in the case of IBC’s on a 2 – 3 days service if required. Orders should be placed by 11.00 am for next working day delivery; if after 11 am, the order will be delivered within 2 – 3 working days.

For all other products please allow 3-5 working days before your order is ready for dispatch as all product is manufactured to order. Once manufactured, the product will be dispatched using your chosen shipping method. For these products, our transport team will call you to inform you of when delivery will be made, so please ensure that you can be reached on the contact number(s) provided.

• Items under 30kg will be sent by UK Mail.
• Items over 30kg will be sent by courier on pallets.
• In both cases delivery is calculated by postcode and time of delivery. A delivery calculator is provided on the basket page to give guidance on the total cost of delivery for your selected items.
• In the case of a mixed order containing both pallet items and smaller items then will be sent by different couriers. You will be given the opportunity to select delivery times per courier.
