Farm Molasses Pump

QLF’s farm pumps are designed to pump molasses and other viscous materials whatever the weather. Featuring a bronze gear pump, these pumps are extremely robust and corrosion resistant and will pump molasses at approximately 40 litres per minute. The pump comes complete with an electric start/stop (to be wired by customers electricians on site) with approximately 10m of cable to allow for easy siting. The pump itself features a 2 inch camlock inlet and a 1.5 inch camlock outlet, enabling our farm pump pipework kit to connect quickly and easily. The pump ships with a belt guard (not shown in pictures).

QLF’s farm pump pipework kit features a 2 meter length of 2 inch canoflex to attach between the tank and pump and then 10m of 1.5 inch canoflex to attach to the outlet of the pump. This 10m length can then be rigged up to a gantry system or to an elevated position to enable a simple discharge system into the top of a mixer wagon.

The pumps are available as stand-alone pumps with starter, or as a complete kit which includes the farm pump pipework kit.
