Red Antifreeze Concentrate - 1L Bottles

Ideal for passenger cars, commercial vehicles and heavy plant. Available in 1 litre bottles, Landowner Red Antifreeze Concentrate is the ideal solution for those needing to top up their engine coolant. Based on monoethylene glycol and organic additive technology, it is suitable for use in both petrol and diesel engines, contains no nitrites, amines, phosphates, borates, silicates and no other mineral additives. It gives the following advantages when diluted with water:  

• Advanced corrosion inhibitors with a low depletion rate allow less frequent maintenance and improved protection of all metals and alloys used in the cooling system of modern vehicles, especially aluminium.
• Effective engine cooling without boiling due to superior thermal characteristics.
• Removal of abrasives solids, giving improved protection to the water pump joints.
• Protection against frost (dependent upon concentration mixed).
• Excellent antifoaming characteristics.

  Landowners Red Antifreeze Concentrate should be diluted for use with deionised water for optimum performance. The dilution rates below give the following temperature protection:

In order to provide a satisfactory level of corrosion protection it is recommended to use at least 33% (1:2) volume of Red Anti-freeze Concentrate in the mix with water. In line with most car manufacturers Landowner recommends a 50% (1:1) volume solution for optimum performance. For cold climates use 67% (2:1) volume.
