We are committed to ensuring that you are completely satisfied with the product that you purchase from us. If in the event that you are not, we will gladly accept the return of any unused item within 30 days from the date of purchase and issue a full refund provided that:

  • The item is returned to ourselves in its original packaging and condition.
  • The product or its container has not been used or opened and all seals remain in tact.

The cost of the returning the item is the customers responsibility, however we will help where possible to ensure that a return can be made as easily as possible as follows:

Palletised Goods

For any product delivered on a pallet or in an IBC, please contact us and we can arrange collection. We would however require payment prior to  collection but the rates charged will only be the cost of collection – there will be no additional administration fee. Alternatively, the customer can arrange collection themselves to the address below between the hours of 9.00am – 5.00pm Monday to Friday.

Goods under 30kg

For products under 30kg, please package these in a suitable box and take these to your nearest post office. Please send them to the following address:
